1.2. QNT is free to choose any natural or legal person who processes the personal data of users at his request and on his behalf (hereinafter "the subcontractor"). If applicable, QNT undertakes to select a subcontractor offering sufficient guarantees as to the technical and organizational security measures for the processing of personal data.

2. Processing of personal data
