Blueberry Shake
Summer heats will pass much more easier with this refreshing energizing shake in your hands!
It’s light, delicious and full of antioxidants.
Let's Shake it up this summer!
for 1 person
- 2 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 2 cups milk (almond, cashew or regular)
- 80 g QNT Light Digest Whey Protein (white chocolate)
- 1/2 cup cold water
Preparation
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 2: Adjust the amount of water or milk, depending on how creamy and thick you want the shake.
Step 3: Grind the mixture in an electric mixer.
Step 4: Serve and taste!
