The Digital Communication/E-commerce Assistant will be responsible for the following tasks :
• Community management: monitoring the editorial calendar, publishing posts on the various brand networks, moderation, animation.
• Supporting the production of digital communication materials (newsletter, web content, advertisements, etc...)
• Managing the brand's customer service: main point of contact for incoming requests, receiving and responding to customer emails, ensuring the customer's request is understood, providing an appropriate response/service as quickly as possible and following up on each request and intervention, ensuring the transmission of relevant information to the relevant departments.
• Organising photo shoots
• Preparing and putting products on line: writing fact sheets, cross selling...
• Identifying possible sticking points during the customer journey, investigating and reporting on problems encountered + proposing avenues of improvement during both the journey and customer support.
• Follow-up with agencies (social network ads, Amazon, Growth marketing, etc...)
• Affinity with, or first experience in a Digital Marketing / E-Commerce function
• You have a sense of service
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in French and English (basic Dutch and/or German are a plus)
• Relational skills, commercial facilities
• You like to work in a team; and you are able to work independently
• You show initiative and are solution oriented
• Good stress management and communication skills are important assets

• A contracted internship or volunteer agreement. Minimum 3 months from now.
• Transport costs as part of the internship are paid in full for public transport and partially if using a personal vehicle.
