Oat brain protein Light Digest Belgian Chocolate
It's Halloween and you don't know what to prepare for the occasion? And why not celebrating this holiday with the most terrifying dessert? Let your disturbing creativity run wild with the "oat brain" recipe.
An easy recipe for a monstrous and a successful Halloween party!
for 1 person
- 80 g Oats
- 40 g Light Digest Whey protein (Belgian chocolate)
- 1 tbsp. Cacao
- 120 ml Water
- Serve with: a strawberry coulis to give the illusion of blood.
Preparation
Step 1: Mix 80 g of oats and 120 ml of water in a bowl.
Step 2: Microwave for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from the microwave and add the protein powder and cacao.
Step 4: Put in microwave again for 30 seconds to bake it more.
Step 5: Remove from the microwave and put it in the skeleton's skull.
Step 6: Make a hole in the middle of the skull with straw.
Step 7: Fill the hole with zero sauce until it drips out.
Step 8: It will look like you are eating a bleeding brain.
Step 9: Enjoy it!
