Healthy TV tray for football

It's time for the football match! Tonight's programme is dinner in front of the TV!

Yes, we know, aperitifs and dinners in front of the TV are always welcome when it comes to watching the Euro! But beware of small deviations! In order to enjoy the game and not miss the kick-off, opt for a healthy and tasty TV tray.

  • 1 tbsp. QNT Vegan protein (Vanilla macaron)
  • 60 ml Almond milk
  • 230 g Gluten free flour
  • 8.53 g Baking soda
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 120 ml Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • (8.53 g = 1/2 tablespoon)

Preparation

Step 1: Pour all ingredients into a saucepan and mix until smooth.


Step 2: Divide it into 3 parts.


Step 3: Roll each one and cut it into oval pieces.


Step 4: Heat the pan and add olive oil.


Step 5: Cook for 30 seconds on each side of the tortilla or until the edges are golden.


Step 6: Serve with your favourite sauces and side dishes.


Step 7: Enjoy the game!
