Protein Ice Cream Cake

  • Base:
  • 1 tbsp. Cutted pistachio
  • 1 tbsp. Gluten-free Oreo cookies
  • Cream:
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 100 ml Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. Cold water
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut crumbs
  • 1tsp. Stevia
  • 50 g Light Digest Whey protein (White chocolate)

Preparation

Step 1: Take cutted pistachios and Oreo cookies and crush them on the base of your cake pan. You can optionally put a small amount of agave to make it firmer.


Step 2: Put in the fridge until you prepare the cream.


Step 3: Take the frozen banana out of the freezer and cut it up and blend it in a high-powered blender.


Step 4: Add the milk and water. Blend again.


Step 5: Add protein powder, crumbs, stevia.


Step 6: When finished, pour the mixture into your cake pan.


Step 7: Put in the freezer overnight.


Step 8: Decorate with your favourite fruit.
